I'm not feeling especially like writing today, but I did want to inform the masses that 2 days shy of 11 months after having the bottom third of my head shaved, I finally, truly have a normal haircut.
Like, with layers, but this time, the bottom layer is actually the longest, rather than the inverted mullet I've been rocking since last November.
Momentous indeed.

LOL!!!! Yay for the little things which make such a big difference!
Congratulations! Though I can't quite relate, I am currently waiting for a horrendous short haircut to grow out so that I can get a haircut again. Not really the same. Oh well. Yay for you.
Can't wait to see it!!
Aww yay exciting day! I remember how excited I was when that happened.... definitely took a year and half though. And then it only lasted 4 months until someone *neurosurgeon* was so kind to cut an inch diameter circle of hair right basically on top of my head. Again.
Hope you're not too lonely - come visit your favorite state of TX if you get bored! :)
Congrats and by the way...pictures...we need pictures! Take care ;)
Pictures, pictures!
That is very momentous! When I had Cancer I didnt lose much, but just enough that I was very excited to see my hair back to normal.
Normal is good. Now if we can get that head feeling normal!
I agree with justlori ~ pictures. And an update - how ARE you feeling? Any relief at all?
